full week
Last week was exhausting
Last week was so exhausting because I only worked on one project at my job and it became mind-numbing. I had to take this past Friday off just to be able to reeeelax. They still called me from work on Friday for help. 
It was ok though, cuz I’ve been there where I take over a project and then I’m like, “what do I do now?” 
Anyways, last Wednesday was my dad’s graduation from school with a certificate in HVAC. My dad who recently retired from working as an electrician for 20+ years. Well, the company actually closed, he use to work at Brach*s Candy. They had a thing where they could send the former employees to school. My dad graduated with Honor’s and with Perfect Attendance. My sister and I were like, “dad, you’re such a nerd.” Which he is, even though English is his second language.
Friday I had the day off and suddenly found out we were hosting a get together. Scramble, run, purchase steak at Costco and other goodies. Start making big salad and some mexican rice while people show up exactly on time instead of late as usual. :cheeky: I got nice and drunk on pineapple Malibus and had a great time with great convo. 
This one guy brought his dog Frida who somewhat got along with Kpax even though Kpax is greedy with her damn toys. Apparently Frida, a basset hound, loves to wrestle with you if your on the ground. I laid on the grass while I took a phone call and she was jumping all around me!
Saturday was spent recovering and watching movies.
Sunday was the Father’s day celebration and me, hubby, sister, and mom got my dad a digital camera for the day and his graduation present. Nice huh? He better not break it! I had my hair in curls that day since I spent Saturday putting it up in twists with bobby pins and kept them on til about 2 hours before we left.
