material girl
With material needs, but I also want to grow & stuff
I’m torn. I’m really having a problem here. There’s a new Coach purse that I want (Signature Scarf Print Mini Hobo
). This new purse will match almost any outfit and that’s why I love it.
My style in the winter is always a black Coach purse. Always. In the spring and summer, however, I buy a few cheap, trashy purses that I can switch according to my outfit. The new scarf print purse is perfect for the summer. It has a white background with the following colors in a beautiful pattern: teal, pink, red, green and purple. It looks georgeous. There is only one thing stopping me from buying it. No, not the price. It has gold metal pieces (zipper, tassle, strap rings).
I don’t like gold anymore, I use to, but now I’m all silver or white gold. It just looks cleaner and shines a different light for me. I could get the Signature Patchwork Demi
but it doesn’t have the same style, the same ‘starlicious’ look. What do you think? Should I get the Signature Scarft Print Mini Hobo
even though it has gold metal accessories even though I don’t wear gold and probably never will? It is a limited edition purse and oh so ‘starlicious’ fab.
Isn’t this awful? I’m debating whether or not to buy a purse (which I probably will–I’ve been debating this for a week now). When I should focus on the bigger things in life like:
- how to become a better person
- seeing the forest for the trees
- finding a religion I can live it
- seeing the good in others
- expanding my web dev knowledge
- flossing more
My goodness, I also want a new phone and the Motorola Razr
is out now with Cingular Wireless
for $99.99 with a new two-year contract (the phone itself is ridiculously expensive). You can shop for deals on cell phones with new contracts at the Let’s Talk
website. Wired Magazine
gave the Razr at 4 1/2 ‘stars’ out of 5 so I know it’s a great phone. I’ve wanted it since it came out but wouldn’t buy it for the price it was at. So Cingular’s deal is really tempting!
Somebody snap me back to reality!
