Did you get the memo?
Yeah, when someone at your work says to you, “We need to make sure that’s fixed” they really mean, “You need to make sure that’s fixed.” So why do they say we when they mean “you?” When I say “we” I mean “we,” as in, ‘I’m capable of doing this as much as you are so either one of us can do it. It’s cool.’
Some people say “we” and mean, ‘You have to do that because I don’t want to/don’t care/don’t know how.’ Jeez.
