This morning on the train ride in I saw a billboard for, I think it was Bud Light, beer. The headline read, “Legendary Taste. It’s what drives us” and it had a picture of the beer and one of those NASCAR racing cars. The first thing I thought of was: “Legendary Taste? Who’d want to taste legendary anyway?!” Legendary to me was like Abe Lincoln or something, not some beer. So why would I want to taste legendary? Maybe it’s cuz I’m not a guy. Whatever.

Earlier this week a guy at work let a select few people know that he’d won a party at some bar called Howl at the Moon. So the select few of us went there on Thursday but I left early. I guess I missed out on some deuling pianos, some semi-drunken dancing, some sexual tension and more. Well, it was a Thursday and I probably live the farthest of everyone there and those that do live far had their own ride. Why does everyone live on the northside of Chicago? Makes me so mad!
