Added a link to a dummy text generator: Generator3 to my motherlode of links. It gives you many options for generating dummy text such as: number of paragraphs, adding random punctuations, and gives you the option of downloading the text as an HTML or a text file. Sweet!

I’m not the biggest Mac fan but I can work with them and use them. But my biggest gripe about the Mac is the fact that a file listing window has no way to be refreshed. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!!

You have to highlight every five files and only THEN does the Date Modified change. WTF?! :-@

The only solace I can find is in the hope that one day, someday, my WinPC will be connected to my KVM switch and I’ll be a heretic and switch between the two… bliss, total bliss.

I got called again today from the Domain Support Group and I told them to take my name off their list! I also emailed the Net Block Owner of my site to inform them of this so they can (hopefully) prevent it from happening again.

Yes, I’m still upset that Movable Type is charging for their new version. But I’ve since calmed down. I see it like all this time I’ve been borrowing my neighbor’s car for free but now he wants to start charging me for the gas (and we all know how expensive gas is nowadays). :cheeky:

So I might end up buying the newer version in a few months. I’ll have to email them to see how to buy a license for one blog for one author cuz they got some complex pricing schemes over there!

In other news, I’m officially addicted to eBay and it’s not even funny. Not even a little bit. Ok… maybe just a tad, but only a tad ok?!

Movable Type will no longer be the same. They are now offering a pay-to-use “Movable Type Developer Edition v.3” which will have full tech-support and other cool features. They do have a free version, but it’s a mongrel child of the full version with no support and only one author allowed. I’m not even going to provide a link. I’m so upset! :yuck:

I, and many others from what I’ve read, am going to wait for the dust to settle to find out what I’m going to do. Whether to buy the new version or update only to the free version.

In others news, I looked so good today! I couldn’t believe it! I got so many compliments today that I almost wanted to go and hide in a cave! I don’t know what to do with compliments, I get so shy. I need to work on that.
