Three men at my internship…
Three men at my internship got into a somewhat heated discussion about the proper way to have the opt-out link at the bottom of an html email sent to customers. The original text was “Go here to leave this mailing list” and the other guy wanted it to be different and include the words “opt-out.” The second guy went so far as to call in another writer to get his opinion on the whole thing. The third guy said the “go here” was ok, but that the line should be more robust.
This conversation went on for about a full 10 minutes! 
In case you don’t know, all this has to do with the CAN-SPAM Act.

Yesterday I watched a new…
Yesterday I watched a new episode of Law & Order: SVU and it was about a mom who was like a control-freak and paranoid with borderline personality disorder. Anyways, the mom was so odd that I dreamt that night about weird stuff like the gov’t taking my kids or my husband *not* being my husband but an undercover gov’t official. Or that people were trying to kill me and I hadda be on the run.
In other news, the days are gettin’ warmer! Yay! I was looking out the window on the train ride today and cried at how cool the sky looked. Yes, I cried. 
Then the train passed by one of those water towers and it was spray painted with the words “Make A Wish!!!” and I did. But I’m not going to tell you cuz then it won’t come true.

I’m working on a site…
I’m working on a site map for the firm’s website that I intern for and it’s a killer. Many of the pages have redundant links! :yuck:
Oh, well. I’m creating it in Illustrator because when we try to have Visio create the site map it’s spectacularly long!
In other news, I’m in a bad mood today and I don’t know why…
long weekend
I had a full weekend,…
I had a full weekend, esp. with President’s Day off. Big red heart day was this Saturday and it was wonderful! :heart: My gift ticks with the beat of my heart (psst… it’s a watch).
Sunday was movie night and Monday was shopping day with all the sales going on and tomorrow it’s back to reality, or as I like to call it: work.
