So I have a doctor’s appointment Thursday cuz I might have a deviated septum. Not very exciting, I know, but they might have to surgery if it turns out I do. yay! I get drugs!
Anyways listening to Cleveland Underground Radio on live 365. See, the thing is they let u listen to three radio stations for free then you *have* to become a member. Well, the way around that is to clear your cookies once in a while and you get to listen three times again. Repeat cycle.

Yesterday I attended a baby shower for one of my fav cousins. Won’t bore you with details and gossip of people you don’t know. But it was fun, full of games and such. My mom and my sister played the game where you carry a balloon between your legs and walk across to leave it in a basket. I didn’t play cuz I’m kinda shy sometimes.

Then each of the baby dolls turned into a mermaid and the cosmic body was a big ass fish that they each wanted as a mate…
Just listening to a Jaguares CD lent to me by a friend and I’m digging number 12! Check out the CD: Jaguares – Primer Instinto. Number 12 (Como Tu) is cumbia but with soul, like dance-able sad jazz. Is that possible?
Anyhow, my man & I just came back from couple drinks at a friend’s apt (the Pepster); Bacardi Limon w/ Coke (he didn’t have any Cranberry juice for his Vodka, a sin!). So I was able to burn a copy of the aforementioned Jaguares CD. And I’m still diggin’ number 12!

So last night my mom came to visit us, and as always, critiques what I’m wearing…
You know, today in the Windy City it’s currently 44° outside…that’s cold! It’s cold enough to warrant the use of one of my very cute scarf & gloves set. The angora pink one with white flowers on the edges and minimal beading.
Well, this morning I saw a woman, in the elevator, with open toe shoes. Wtf? Who are these people that wear open toe shoes, with no socks, with no hosiery of any kind, in this weather? Am I crazy for thinking this?
