It’s so heart-breaking, that I want to cry; but I won’t cuz I got to see him live!!
… it’s something about the landscape of this paintings that attracts me.
so I had a big event this weekend… I went to see Gustavo Cerati live in concert and he rocked! He rocked with techno-ey versions of his music, very electronica & some versions were almost trip-hop inspired. GOD! I’d kill for a tape or DVD of his shows, like Depeche Mode and all their videos & DVDs. Why won’t Cerati do that for his fans? It’s so heart-breaking, that I want to cry; but I won’t cuz I got to see him live!!
Then on Sunday I watched the movie Frida; wow, I had no idea that woman suffered so much. But talk about an artist! Her paintings are so beautiful and painful and surreal. But if you know me, you’d know my favorite painter is Salvador Dali; it’s something about the landscape of this paintings that attracts me. Such loneliness.
